Everything in the universe is made up of molecules vibrating at different speeds. We are also merely a vibration, composed of both physical matter and intangible, faster vibrating energies such as thoughts, memories and emotions.

When we are vibrating at a higher level, life naturally falls into a pattern of ease and flow. We feel happier, healthier, luckier and more at peace inside, compared with lower vibrational living that can feel heavy, dark, and isolating.
